Weronika - English teacher

About me

I have been teaching English for the last 8 years. I love to observe how students get more comfortable with each lesson. I always try to help them by advising them about learning (in general) and supporting their own path. 

My specialities include Business English (especially Finance & Banking), Medical English, and Academic English. I've also run a course for Psychologists, Dieticians and people interested in learning through literature. 

We are responsible for our development so I am dedicated to never stop developing my own skills. That is why I often attend conferences and participate in various courses like, for example, Teaching English through Literature, English in the Multicultural Classroom (British Council) or Social and Emotional Learning in the Secondary Classroom (Macmillan Education). Most importantly, I did the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (Cambridge).

I am also an experienced teacher of Polish as a foreign language. But, most importantly, I am still a learner of other languages (like German or Latin) so I understand your perspective well and I experience the same problems.
