My nearly 30 years of professional experience both in a state secondary school and a private language school - working with teenagers as well as adult learners gives me the confidence and flexibility to work effectively and build strong relationships with learners, motivate them, select appropriate tools, solve problems collaboratively within a group, create a friendly classroom atmosphere, help overcome learners’ speaking barriers, and deliver knowledge in a professional yet accessible way. I am always ready to offer support and share my experience.
