Teaching experience
My years teaching English has taught me a lot. Let me tell you about that experience. I’ve worked with students of all ages (from 4-year-olds to adults), with different language goals and learning difficulties. I’ve become very understanding of the difficulties and frustrations students need to go through in a classroom. Everyone has their own story and I want English to be with you when you need it. I doesn't matter if you're a working mom trying to go back to work, a dyslexic student struggling at school, a person working in a corporate environment, where the first impression is highly valued. It’s my priority to make learning process exciting and rewarding. In my teaching, I focus on clear instructions. I make sure no one is confused, no matter what level – the instruction will be given with the words students of that level already know. I make sure that my explanation is clear, no one has to study after the class to keep up. If something was already explained, it’s my students’ turn to talk – they talk the majority of the classroom time. All the steps I take, result in a pleasurable learning experience and visible progress.
My teaching style comes from my 5-year experience giving private tutoring and working as an English tutor for language schools in Cracow and Xi’an (China).
